At Chitrosphere, each artwork is carefully produced, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Your location

    • Courier partner operations

    • Weather conditions or regional restrictions

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000

  • Any applicable shipping charges (for orders below ₹2000) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


Courier Partners

  • We ship orders using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Courier selection depends on serviceability and destination pin code.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status until delivery.


Delays & Non-Delivery

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional lockdowns or restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Chitrosphere is not liable for delays caused by such external factors.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please record an uncut unboxing video

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
    This is required to process any damage-related claims as per our Return & Refund Policy.
