We sell digitally printed artistic wall canvas, framed canvas artworks, and various wall art décor items designed to enhance homes and workspaces.

Is Chitrosphere a registered business?

Yes, Chitrosphere is operated by Chitrosphere & Co., a business based in West Bengal, India.

Do the product colors look exactly like the website images?

We try our best to represent products accurately. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing differences.

Are your products ready-made or custom-printed?

Most of our products are printed after an order is placed, ensuring fresh prints and better quality control.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

What is the delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking ID?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery

Is an unboxing video required for returns?

Yes, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory to request any return or refund.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds are made to the customer’s bank account
  • Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after approval

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available only for orders below ₹2000 and for selected pin codes.

Is online payment secure?

Absolutely. All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway.
