At Chitrosphere, we take great care in producing and packaging our artworks. Since our products are printed and prepared specifically for each order, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the item

The product must be unused and in its original condition

An uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Size or design preference

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Normal wear and tear
How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will share instructions for pickup or return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect
Contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Products without a manufacturing defect

Items without an unboxing video

Items reported after the 3-day return window
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to:

The original payment method, or
-
The customer’s bank account in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days after approval
